Disco Does Save Lives

With the exception of a few face plants during crow pose, I've never witnessed any serious injuries or illnesses during a yoga class.  But lets face it - since a heart attack can happen anywhere, at anytime - a hot or vinyasa flow class could certainly bring one on.

So for all you yoga teachers, volunteers, staff members and students out there here's the latest "no-frills-you-couldn't-possibly-screw-this-up" version of CPR released by the American Heart Association.  No more remembering how many breathes vs how many chest compressions.  No more worries about putting your mouth on a stranger or searching for a saliva barrier.

Easy to do.

Easy to remember.

Fun to dance to.

Namaste,
Linda
