Day 21 Of The Challenge

I always struggle with good byes or maybe it's transitions. I like the comfort of being where I am. Actually, I think it's more like my mind likes the comfort of the status quo. What I have noticed is that when I move my body and my breath my mind tends to become less bossy. The 21 day challenge has reinforced how yoga, for me, is about befriending my whole being and experiencing the integration of body, mind, breath. It's about bringing more balance to my whole being and giving my brain a rest!! I love how yoga works. It just works. With much gratitude to the Sol Yoga community for creating this opportunity and for sharing this experience.

I'm attempting to not say goodbye to this challenge. We have 9 more days on our passes and then I will figure out a way I can afford DAILY yoga after that!
